I have been wearing the medical weight toeless compression tights for work as a small animal vet since 2014 - soon after I was diagnosed with postural tachycardia syndrome. Combined with medication and lifestyle adjustments, I am able to stand all day when I am wearing these. They are the most comfortable full length compression tights for all day wear that I have found so far. I am 5’2” shoe size 7 and originally wore the medium size when I weighed around 60kg but switched to the small size a few years ago when I lost weight and leg muscle due to deconditioning. I wear the open toe version over trainer socks to allow for extra toe wiggle room but the closed toe version is useful when I need to change footwear frequently. Some would expect to get too warm with the thick material but they are actually very breathable and I don’t find this to be a problem at all when worn under may scrub trousers. They hold up well to fairly frequent machine washing (weekly on overage as I have several pairs). I throw away around 1 pair a year when a hole in the thigh appears, which is likely related to my donning technique.

This was my first purchase and I have to say, I am very impressed. I have lymphedema in one leg and general swelling in both. These tights are easy to get on (all relative to compression tights!) and feel very comfortable. They aren't itchy or scratchy like some others can be. I have paid 3x the price for products that are good, but not as good as these.

Size wise, they fit perfectly. Just be a little bit careful if you have small feet. You may wish to go for the smaller size if you are inbetween say a small and medium.

I am already going to buy a second pair!
