I used the for water retention and to achieve better compression of my tights when running. They are also wonderful when it is too cold to wear under my leggings.
I would make them more lose in tge butts and slightly more tight in the lower belly as I have to lift them up time to time. The compression in the rest is amazing ( feet and legs ).
The natural colour must be wear under trousers / leggings . Brow and black don't need to be covered by trousers/ leggings in my view, they look great if you wear a dress/ skirt.

I ordered these after having been recommended to wear compression tights by my consultant following a recent diagnosis of PoTs. I didn't know what to expect by have been so delighted by their appearance and comfort that I'm just about to order a second pair. They are pricey but after having trawled the Internet I realise that if you need this type of compression you have to pay for it. Initially the foot seems very difficult to get in the right place within the tights, but the rest of the leg is much easier, and I guess you develop the 'knack' after a while.
I would definitely recommend thase tights.
