Offering a medium weight, gradient compression means blood flow velocity in the lower legs is improved and therefore, oxygenation of the blood. This is, of course, is beneficial for keeping the veins and muscles healthy, helping to prevent and/or lessen post-workout swelling, cramps, leg fatigue and increasing recovery times.

Calf Circumference - At the widest point (approx. 2" below the bend of the knee)
Lower Leg Length - From the floor to approx 2" below the bend of the knee (with no shoes on)
